What age is The Chat Pack suitable for?
The Chat Pack is designed for kids of different ages and stages. The questions start light and fun and gradually become more thoughtful, allowing the deck to grow with your child over time.
How many cards should we use at once?
We recommend using one or two cards at a time. Short, relaxed conversations are more effective than long sessions and help keep things pressure-free for both you and your child.
Is this meant to replace normal conversations?
Not at all. The Chat Pack is a tool to help start conversations, especially when it’s hard to know what to ask or how to begin. Some days your child may want to talk more than others. Even reading the question and sitting with it quietly still builds connection.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout: standard shipping is free Australia wide, or you can choose Express.
You’ll get a tracking number the moment it leaves our hands so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we’ve had to stop shipping to the US with the unpredictable tariff situation. If anything changes, we will resume shipping to the US again.
For now, we ship to Australia.
